Cassie – Office Manager

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Cassie has dedicated her career to caring for others. She began her dental career as a dental assistant in 2016 and has continued to grow professionally, working her way into her current role as Office Manager. Throughout her dental career, Cassie has worked exclusively in endodontics, giving her valuable experience and a deep understanding of the specialty and the patients we serve.

Before entering the dental field, Cassie worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she cared for patients living with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Her experience in both healthcare and dentistry has given her a genuine passion for helping others and creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Outside of the office, Cassie enjoys reading, traveling and spending quality time with her daughter and husband. She is proud to call Jacksonville home and looks forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of her patients and team.

Cynthia – Lead Dental Assistant & Admin

Originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, Cynthia moved to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2001. Her passion for dentistry began in high school, when she participated in a six-month cooperative dental education program and discovered her interest in the dental field. Cynthia earned her dental radiography certification from the University of Florida and began her dental career in 2002. She has devoted her entire career to the endodontic specialty and currently serves as Lead Clinical Assistant.

Throughout her years in the practice, Cynthia has played an important role in training and mentoring all staff members, sharing her knowledge and experience to help create a skilled and compassionate team. Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her dachshund, traveling, attending concerts, and making memories with her husband. She is proud to have built a long-standing career in endodontics and is dedicated to providing patients with exceptional care and a positive experience.

Laura – Dental Assistant

Laura began her dental career in 2009, starting in endodontics before spending 10 years in general dentistry. She has now come full circle and is excited to be back in endodontics, where her passion for dentistry first began.

She earned her EFDA certification from the University of Florida and completed her radiology training through Valencia College. Her interest in dentistry was inspired by her mother, who was a dental assistant and helped spark Laura’s passion for the profession at an early age. Outside of the office, Laura enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time at the beach, listening to music, and cheering on her favorite teams. She’s a proud Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves following the Atlanta Braves during baseball season. Laura believes in always looking at the positive side of life. Her upbeat personality, passion for dentistry, and genuine care for others make her a wonderful addition to the team!

Cameron – Dental Assistant & Admin

Cameron is originally from Ormond Beach and began her dental career as a Dental Assistant in 2020. She unexpectedly found her way into the dental field and has loved it ever since. Cameron has worked exclusively in endodontics and completed all of her certifications through hands-on, on-the-job training. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in several dental offices across the country, gaining valuable experiences both personally and professionally. She believes that teeth are social—and so are we! Cameron is known for her positive, patient, and understanding personality. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active through swimming, biking, and yoga, along with traveling and exploring new places.

Shayna – Dental Assistant

A true Floridian, Shayna was born and raised right here in Jacksonville, Florida. With a genuine passion for people and a heart for helping others, she found her calling in dentistry through her belief that everyone deserves a confident smile. Shayna graduated from Kaplan College in 2011 as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and has continued to grow her skills and passion for the dental field. Her experience as a Certified Radiographer and EFDA has given her a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for endodontics.

Known for her optimistic, outgoing personality, Shayna has a special gift for making patients feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home. She believes that building strong relationships with patients is an essential part of providing excellent care—and she loves making every person who walks through our doors feel like family.

Outside of the office, Shayna enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with the people she loves most. Her positive energy is contagious, and she brings that same enthusiasm to our office every day.

Jada – Dental Assistant

Jada began her career in dentistry in 2024 and has exclusively worked in endodontics. She attended the Florida Institute of Dental Assisting, where she earned her EFDA and Radiology certifications. Working in endodontics has fueled her passion for detail, precision, and continually perfecting her skills.

Originally from Georgia, Jada moved to Jacksonville in 2023. Her interest in dentistry began through her own orthodontic treatment, which sparked her curiosity and inspired her to pursue the dental field. Outside of dentistry, Jada loves spending time at the beach, listening to music, playing volleyball (her favorite team is Nebraska!), and thrifting. She describes herself as kind and ambitious and is passionate about continuing to learn, grow, and provide the best care possible for her patients.
